INGREDIENTS REQUIRED
- Walnuts- 1/2 cup
- Salt
- Kashmiri Green Chilies- 4 to 6
- Yogurt- 1 cup
- Cumin Seeds- 1/2 teaspoon
STEPS REQUIRED FOR THE PREPARATION
- Remove the green stalks from the chilies.
- Take a grinder.
- Add walnuts into it.
- Add salt into it.
- Add cumin seeds.
- Add Kashmiri green chilies.
- Grind them thoroughly.
- Remove the paste into a glass bowl.
- Add yogurt to it.
- Keep it in a refrigerator for a few hours.
- Serve it with lunch or dinner.
Sometimes we can add a few mint leaves also into the chutney.
