PUDINA DHANIA CHUTNEY
INGREDIENTS REQUIRED
- Fresh Mint leaves- 2 bunches
- Fresh Coriander Leaves- 1 bunch
- Salt- 2 teaspoons
- Fresh Kashmiri Green chilies- 7 to 8
- Garlic clove- 3
- Lemon- 1
STEPS REQUIRED FOR THE PREPARATION
- Wash mint and coriander leaves under the running water.
- Remove the stalks from the fresh green chilies.
- Wash the green chilies.
- Take a mixer-grinder.
- Place the mint and coriander leaves in it.
- Add fresh green chilies.
- Add salt into it.
- Add garlic cloves also.
- Extract the juice from the lemon.
- Grind all of them together.
- Pour the paste into a glass bowl.
- Add lemon juice into it.
- Mix all of them together.
- Place the bowl in the refrigerator.
- Serve it at lunch or dinner.
