ONION CHUTNEY- GAAD CHETIN
INGREDIENTS REQUIRED
- Onions- 3
- Kashmiri Red Chili Powder- 4 tablespoons
- Salt- 2 teaspoons
- Lemon-2
STEPS REQUIRED FOR PREPARATION
- Chop onions into small pieces.
- Place them in a medium sized glass bowl.
- Add Kashmiri red chili powder to it.
- Add salt.
- Mix all of them thoroughly.
- Extract juice from lemons with the help of juice extractor.
- Mix them again.
- Place the container in the refrigerator for a few hours.
- Serve with lunch or dinner.
