INGREDIENTS REQUIRED
- Radish- 2
- Kashmiri Red Chili Powder- 3 tablespoon
- Salt- 2 teaspoon
- Cumin Seeds- 1 teaspoon
- Walnuts- 10 to 12
- Ginger powder- 1/2 teaspoon
- Oil- 4 tablespoon
STEPS REQUIRED FOR THE PREPARATION
- Remove the leaves from the radish tubers.
- Peel the upper layer of the radishes.
- Grate the radishes.
- Take a large frying pan.
- Add oil into it.
- Add cumin seeds.
- Let the crackle for some time.
- Add grated radishes.
- Fry them for some time till the oil is separated from the radishes.
- Add salt into it.
- Add Kashmiri red chili powder.
- Add the ginger powder.
- Mix them thoroughly.
- Crush the walnuts coarsely.
- Add the crushed walnuts into the frying pan.
- Fry all of them together for few minutes.
- Remove the chutney from the pan into a glass bowl.
- Serve it at lunch or dinner.
