DOONEY MUNJ CHETIN-KASHMIRI RADISH WALNUT CHUTNEY
INGREDIENTS REQUIRED
- Walnuts- 2 cups
- Fresh Kashmiri Green Chilies- 5 to 6
- Salt- 2 teaspoons
- Yoghurt- 6 tablespoons
- Shahi Cumin Seeds- 1 teaspoon
STEPS REQUIRED FOR THE PREPARATION
- Take walnuts.
- Remove the shells from them.
- Soak them in water for 3 to 4 hours.
- Take a mixer grinder.
- Place walnuts and fresh Kashmiri green chilies.
- Grind them together.
- Pour the contents into the glass bowl.
- Add salt into it.
- Add yoghurt into it.
- Add Shahi cumin seeds into it.
- Mix all of them together.
- Keep the bowl in the refrigerator for a few hours.
- Serve it at lunch or dinner.
