- Whole and dried Kashmiri Red Chilies- 7 to 8
- Salt- 2 teaspoons
- Lemon- 2
- Yogurt- 3 tablespoon
STEPS REQUIRED FOR THE PREPARATION
- Remove the dried stalks from the Kashmiri Red Chilies.
- Wash them under running water.
- Take a small glass bowl.
- Add the whole and dried Kashmiri Red Chilies.
- Add water into it.
- Soak them for an hour.
- Take a blender.
- Add soaked chilies into the blender.
- Add salt into it.
- Blend them together.
- Take a glass bowl.
- Add the paste of the chilies.
- Extract the juice from the lemons.
- Add to the green chili paste.
- Add yogurt.
- Mix them thoroughly.
- Keep the bowl in the refrigerator for a few hours.
- Serve it at lunch or dinner.
