- Radish with leaves- 4
- Fresh Kashmiri Red Chilies- 7 to 8
- Salt- 2 teaspoon
- Lemon- 1
STEPS REQUIRED FOR THE PREPARATION
- Wash the radishes under the running water.
- Chop the tuber and leaves into fine little pieces.
- Take a glass bowl.
- Add chopped radish pieces into it.
- Add salt into it.
- Make a paste of fresh Kashmiri Red Chilies.
- Extract the juice from the lemon with the help of the extractor.
- Add the lemon juice to the mixture of radish pieces and chili paste.
- Mix them thoroughly.
- Keep the bowl in the refrigerator for a few hours.
- Serve it at lunch or dinner.
